Lift, tighten, and firm without surgery
Ultherapy® is a nonsurgical face and neck treatment that is FDA-cleared to use the energy of ultrasound to stimulate the structural support layers of the skin, without disturbing the surface of the skin. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your aging, sagging skin on your neck, chin, brow, or décolletage area, but don’t want the risks or have the budget or recovery time required for a facelift or necklift, Ultherapy in The Woodlands at Medical Aesthetics & Laser could be the perfect treatment!
Also called the “nonsurgical facelift,” Ultherapy works best to treat early signs of aging like loss of elasticity and volume, wrinkles, and fine lines. This treatment is non-invasive, requires virtually no downtime, and offers both immediate and long-term results. When paired with BOTOX® and dermal filler injections, the results of all three treatments can last for years!

How it Works
Ultherapy is the only cosmetic procedure to use focused ultrasound imaging. This revolutionary treatment works as a nonsurgical face lift, brow lift, and neck lift, stimulating the growth of collagen deep within the skin to dramatically improve the appearance of sagging skin on the neck, chin, brow, and décolletage. The ultrasound imaging allows us to see the layers of tissue we are actively treating to ensure the energy is distributed evenly and precisely where we mean to.
You will notice some results immediately after your first Ultherapy treatment in The Woodlands, with results continuing to appear over 2-6 months. The frequency of the ultrasound device bypasses the surface of the skin completely, stimulating collagen growth at exactly the right depths at the right temperature. This is an amazing way to treat wrinkles and fine lines without needles, surgery, or other invasive methods.

If your skin is looking and feeling less firm under your neck and chin, or you have lines and wrinkles on your chest or brow, and your skin still has some of its own laxity, you may have amazing results with Ultherapy. Alternatively, if you have excessive loose skin and/or sun damage, you should consider alternative treatments.
Most of our patients find that they are happy with the results of just one Ultherapy treatment in The Woodlands. Depending on how much skin laxity you have and your body’s biological response to the ultrasound, we may recommend more than one treatment to achieve the desired results.
Results are typically first seen 2-3 months after the treatment. This can vary depending on your body’s own collagen production. Results can commonly be seen for 1-2 years, again depending on your body’s collagen production and aging process. We recommend touch-up treatments to ensure results are sustained.
Ultherapy stimulates collagen production at the base of the skin’s foundation using sound energy, which has unique properties that allow it to bypass skin’s surface to treat deeper into the skin than either broadband light (BBL) or lasers can go. Lasers rely on light energy that cannot treat deep into skin’s layers. Additionally, laser and BBL treatments are not FDA-cleared to lift skin.
Treatment costs can vary depending on your unique needs. Your Medical Aesthetics & Laser specialist will provide you with the exact cost of your Ultherapy procedure up front in your initial consultation. We can also accept CareCredit to cover the cost of your treatment.
